At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy. The site of Hamilton based in the USA belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE in Human Resources for 18 months within the team.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • Fluent level of English
  • Good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
  • Humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy

Nice To Haves

  • First experience in HR
  • First experience with Workday and ADP (HRIS)

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the plant human resources department
  • Help on personnel records and auditing of documentation by respecting Valeo Employee Engagement Roadmap (with the support of the HR team)
  • Make employee changes in Workday - HR Software platform that is implemented to Valeo worldwide
  • Organize events for the production site
  • Communicate events, news, general information to all employees
  • Coordinate and perform new hire onboarding orientation, communicate and advise all employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Support and respond to questions on employee benefits
  • Prepare and lead the engagement committee meeting and follow-up the actions
