About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be able to support multiple locations. Some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and escalate complex employee relations issues as needed.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
  • Assist with audits, investigations, and HR reporting as needed.
  • Manage HR data and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Coordinate HR programs such as employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and increase efficiency.
