The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for supporting the ECRM in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department while fostering a positive, pro-employee culture. The Human Resource Generalist supports and manages the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs. This includes responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, recruiting/talent acquisition, maintaining employee records within the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and assists with all onboarding processes of new hires. The Human Resource Generalist also consults on and investigates employee relations issues and brings resolutions in a timely manner.
