This role involves managing personnel records and addressing matters related to workers' compensation and disability. The HR Generalist ensures compliance with employment, benefits, and workers' compensation laws and regulations, covering aspects such as hiring, discipline, employment termination, training, compensation, benefits, leave, and equal opportunity. The role reports to the Director of Operations and may involve additional tasks as assigned.
