Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience required
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, employee relations, and payroll
  • Strong communication skills; well spoken, polished, and professional
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the full onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Assist in coordinating firmwide training initiatives by identifying relevant programs and supporting logistical and administrative tasks to ensure successful delivery of employee development opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
  • Support day-to-day employee relations, including addressing questions, concerns, and issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with payroll processing, audits, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, and compliance
  • Partner with HR leadership and other departments on various HR projects and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
