As a direct report of the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department. The Generalist collaborates across various HR functions to shape a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth Human Resources operations. This team member holds various talent management responsibilities in support of the full employee life cycle and key HR operations including, but not limited to onboarding, benefits, payroll and HRIS administration, compliance, recruitment, engagement, retention and development. The HR Generalist works closely with managers and staff to ensure a positive, fair, and engaging work environment, aligning talent strategies with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s mission, values, vision and organizational objectives.
