The Human Resource Generalist is a highly visible, employee-focused professional who provides comprehensive support to both employees and management across core human resources functions. This is an onsite position and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, administration of employee benefit programs, and support of recruiting and retention initiatives. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. The Human Resource Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provides guidance and resolution related to payroll, benefits, and general HR matters for all Hampel employees.
