We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our 30-person team in Dallas, TX. In this role, the HR Generalist will provide daily HR operational support, including payroll assistance using the ADP platform, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance activities, and coordination of internal HR policies. Talent & Training: Lead full-cycle recruitment, design high-impact onboarding, and manage ongoing training for all support staff. Process & SOPs: Build, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence across both locations. Culture & Retention: Foster a high-morale environment through engagement initiatives, regular "Check-ins" to proactively lower turnover. Employee Relations: Serve as the bridge between staff and management, providing conflict mediation and professional coaching. Admin & Payroll: Execute accurate payroll processing and oversee all benefit administration and compliance. Lifecycle Management: Own the entire employee journey, from seamless onboarding to insightful offboarding/exit interviews.
