Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the HRIS systems.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, change focused environment.
  • Exemplary attendance record.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Human Resources with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous payroll and/or ADP experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely using ADP.
  • Manage and fine-tune full-cycle recruitment process, including source development, postings, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding Company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer HR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking.
  • Assist in employee relations as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, as well as implement solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
