Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will support a comprehensive range of culture- and people-related initiatives across two distinct organizations operating within the same facility. While the role is based at a single location, the HRG will provide Human Resources support to both businesses, ensuring consistent and effective execution of culture, talent, benefits, and operational initiatives. This position requires a highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional with strong proactive judgment and the ability to adapt and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
