A healthcare facility located near La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Generalist to join their team! This position is essential to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new physicians, ensuring accurate and timely compensation processes, and supporting the continued success of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years Human Resource experience in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting preferred.
