DO & CO is looking for an HR Generalist (Bilingual, English/Spanish) to support and assist the HR Manager in different areas such as but not limited to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, and the execution of employee relation activities to provide each department with guidance, and support necessary to achieve their business objectives This position will take place in Romulus, MI, Monday-Friday in the office. The Human Resources Generalist serves as a partner to management and employees in our fast-paced airline catering environment. This role supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with aviation industry regulations, food safety standards, and labor relations requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a 24/7 operational environment and possess deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within airline catering services.
