About The Position

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and leaders across daily HR operations. This position provides hands-on support in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee engagement initiatives. You will partner closely with managers to ensure consistent application of HR processes, support organizational goals, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace. This is a fully on-site position and will require the candidate to be in the office five days a week.

Requirements

  • BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, or related degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with employees and management.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail oriented.
  • High level of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • Self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on job postings, interview coordination, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to support goal-setting, performance discussions, and annual review processes.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and current employee information within the HRIS, ensuring strong data integrity and confidentiality.
  • HR Reporting: Compile and prepare HR metrics and reports to support organizational planning and data-driven decision making.
  • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers, helping to address questions, ensure consistent application of policies, and promote a positive employee experience
