Job Summary The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position carries both administrative and strategic responsibilities, contributing to the planning and execution of essential HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, leave management, training and development, performance management, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws.
