The HR Generalist & Learning Development Lead plays a critical role in supporting positive employee experience across the organization. This position partners closely with the HR Manager on employee relations matters while leading the design, delivery, and administration of internal training and development programs. The role also performs core HR generalist responsibilities, supports the full employee lifecycle, and serves as a trained backup for payroll and benefits administration. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who is highly organized, employee-focused, and capable of balancing day-to-day HR operations with longer-term training and engagement initiatives.
