About The Position
Human Resources Generalist Intern (Hybrid - Columbia, SC) The Human Resources Generalist Intern will be part of the Human Resources team, working on a variety of HR generalist-related activities that align with the Bank's HR strategy. The HR Generalist Intern will obtain hands-on experience through assigned HR projects by working with the functional department areas. Our interns are invaluable to the team, and we appreciate the unique perspectives and fresh ideas they bring to our projects. Requirements
- Enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program
- Field of Study: Business, HR Management, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR team members to provide the needed support
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and help accelerate a culture of excellence
- Work within the Bank's HCM and various other platforms to help improve processes
