Requirements

5+ years of Human Resources experience or a relevant degree
Proven track record for high volume recruiting
Broad knowledge of employment law, recruiting strategies, EEO/AAP, safety and policy development and application preferred
Strong communication skills with training experience preferred
Strong computer/systems skills are required; Dayforce experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsibilities

Hire, on-board, orient and support new employees
Promote and maintain an engaged, focused and high performing culture
Support employees with effective employee relations, training, and benefits communications
Support the business with compensation and change management strategies
Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
Partner with leadership to create positive business outcomes
Ensure the safety of employees
