Work in full recruiting lifecycle helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand technical staffing needs and align recruitment to hire technical staff. Actively engage with current employees to gather employee referrals and lead outreach efforts to attract and hire top talent for the organization. Develop training plans to ensure skill development and knowledge enhancement of employees. Serve as an active member for the company, collaborating on HR policies, procedures, processes, and practices. Design competitive compensation packages. Monitor and adapt employee benefits packages to align with industry trends, collaborating with benefits carriers to provide competitive and appealing offerings. Work in directing the development and/or coordination of programs and policies in such personnel components as recruitment, staffing, operation services, and employee relations. Work with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ADP, HR Policy development and workforce planning strategies. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field. Must have 6 months experience (or 6 months experience in a related occupation). Must have 6 months experience designing competitive compensation packages; Collaborating with department heads to understand technical staffing needs and align recruitment to hire technical staff; Developing tailored training plans to ensure continuous skill development and knowledge enhancement; Working with Python, Java, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, to effectively assess and evaluate job applicants and technical abilities.
