Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources (specifically in food manufacturing or farming)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, but is not a requirement
- Bachelor's Degree is ideal, but industry experience is strongly respected
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a Human Resources program that meets management needs and expectations
- Oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and communication of records required by law and company policy and procedure
