About The Position

The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors. This position is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action/EEO-1, payroll, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all human resources–related duties at a professional level.
  • Work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors across the organization.
  • Oversee and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Manage employee relations matters.
  • Lead training and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer performance management processes.
  • Oversee employee onboarding activities.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and employment activities.
  • Direct affirmative action and EEO‑1 reporting.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
