We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will play an important role in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits administration, and HR operations. You will work closely with leaders across the company and help support a growing workforce of both office and field employees. The Human Resources Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and will help support key HR functions across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Google Suite, or similar platforms is preferred
  • A passion for helping people and creating a positive employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process by partnering with managers to source, evaluate, and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating documentation, training, and first-week activities, while supporting offboarding processes and serving as a trusted resource to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Manage HR operations by maintaining employee records and systems, supporting benefits and compliance processes, tracking certifications and performance, and assisting with policies, projects, and reporting to ensure smooth, efficient HR functions.
