About The Position

We are partnering with an investment-backed organization that supports a portfolio of operating businesses. The central team works closely with leadership across these companies to provide shared infrastructure for core functions such as people operations, compliance, and internal processes. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and execution-oriented. The team values clarity, reliability, and thoughtful follow-through, and HR plays a practical role in supporting both employees and business operations as the organization continues to scale. The HR Coordinator will sit close to the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting human resources execution across multiple teams and entities. This role is focused on ensuring that core HR processes run smoothly, consistently, and with attention to employee experience. The position combines people-facing coordination with operational execution. The HR Coordinator will work across onboarding, payroll and benefits support, internal communications, and HR systems, partnering closely with operations and leadership. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the details, keeping things moving, and serving as a reliable point of coordination. This is an execution-focused role with room to grow in scope and responsibility over time. Success in this position comes from strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workflows without losing momentum.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience supporting onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple legal entities or business units
  • Exposure to offshore employees or international contractors
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, or benefits administration tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees are set up smoothly and consistently
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR systems and documentation
  • Support payroll coordination, including employees and contractors across different locations and arrangements
  • Assist with benefits administration and serve as a point of contact for employee questions
  • Support internal HR communications, including new hire messaging, work anniversaries, and recognition initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support HR operations and compliance needs
  • Support ad hoc HR projects tied to growth, process improvement, and employee experience
