As our Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR at our Bridgeview facility. You'll onboard new hires, process payroll for 250+ employees, handle employee relations, enforce attendance policies, oversee safety initiatives, manage temporary workforce invoicing, and support leadership with HR strategies. You'll also be a translator (English/Spanish) for meetings and documents, ensuring every team member is heard and informed. From leading new hire orientations to coordinating employee events, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of relative experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including knowledge of HR systems, internet software, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and MS Word
  • Great customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic math abilities
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or bilingual English/Polish
