The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing a variety of HR services in support of the day-to-day operations and activities of the plant. This position will provide accurate and detailed tracking and reporting of attendance/absenteeism issues and Request for Time Off, as well as entering any/all other payroll/HRIS information and is the primary person for reviewing and processing payroll. The HR Coordinator assists the HR Manager in facilitating New Hire Orientation as requested, as well as helping to coordinate and deliver a rewarding and enriching Employee Recognition program. This position works closely with all levels of employees within the organization and must demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment, and collaboration. Reports to the HR Manager.
