About The Position

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of the HR team by providing essential administrative and operational support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, managing administrative HR processes, coordinating compliance initiatives, and assisting in in key HR functions such as performance management and employee offboarding. You’ll also serve as a backup for the onboarding and I-9 verification process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion will be essential as you support a dynamic and people-focused department.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 4 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction and/or alteration, in accordance with Safety National policies, standards, and procedures.
