Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience .
  • 2+ years of administrative experience .
  • Previous experience in HR preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills .
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint .
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement.
  • Plant admin support for metrics and front line for production data entry, meeting/visitor support, etc.
  • HR admin support for employee training, coaching, attendance, and data entry .
  • Back-up payroll coordination
  • Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, refer ence checks, Processing job offers and new hire onboarding .
  • Employee Relations – answer employee inquiries, provide employee support .
  • Coordination of temporary employees, processing payroll, and handling of invoices from temporary agencies.
  • Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events.
  • Special Projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
