About The Position

Flatrock is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting staff recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR relations, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of human resources experience, required
  • Most possess strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information and tasks discreetly

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of all HR functions and duties
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, handling routine inquiries, and assisting with performance management documentation
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews
  • Maintain accurate electronic/paper employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employment paperwork
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
  • Investigate and resolve employee requests regarding human resources issues and concerns
  • Coordinate, communicate and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Conduct support staff interviews
  • Complete reference checks
  • Ensure processing of timely performance appraisals are completed for all support staff
  • Use various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Supervisor
  • Maintain a positive, open, and supporting relationship with all management and staff
  • Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock Inc. residents' rights
