The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee data management, compliance, and general HR administration. This role contributes to delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience while building foundational HR knowledge within a fast-paced construction environment. This position reports directly to the HR Director and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Operations, and Corporate Support Teams.
