The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources function by managing recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes for UCPIE’s respite, after-school, and administrative programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified staff to support individuals with disabilities and their families. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and program leadership, the Human Resources Coordinator manages the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinates onboarding and employment compliance requirements, and supports employee lifecycle activities including staffing transitions and separations. The position also provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and helps ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.
