The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources department for Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana, Inc. This position manages employee onboarding, personnel documentation, HR recordkeeping, and volunteer coordination. The HR Coordinator ensures that employee records, hiring documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with federal, state, and agency requirements. This role also provides administrative support to HR staff and assists managers and employees with routine HR processes.
