About The Position

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our team! The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department by assisting with recruiting coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits administration, and personnel record management. This role serves as a key administrative resource ensuring HR processes run efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Coordinator works closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and employees to facilitate smooth hiring and onboarding experiences, support employee inquiries and maintain accurate HR systems and records. This position plays an important role in supporting a positive employee experience while helping ensure organizational processes are organized, compliant, and effectively executed. Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer all onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
  • Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with Verifications of Employment and other related employment verifications.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and HR team, act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders.
  • Assist with periodic data audits of HRIS data to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist employees and their leaders with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews.
  • Assist with employment-related inquiries from employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Assist with office mail, scans, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support HR team with all internal and external HR related tasks and projects.
