About The Position

If you wake up energized by building structure, improving processes, and being the person others rely on to get it right — this is your kind of role. We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who brings energy, positivity, and a builder’s mindset to everything they do. Someone who thrives on solving problems, tightening processes, supporting leaders, and making the employee experience better at every touchpoint. If you’re self-motivated, entrepreneurial in spirit, open to feedback, and love turning “this works” into “this works better” — keep reading. Why You’ll Love This Role This is not a sit-back-and-maintain-the-status-quo job. You’ll be a key member of the HR team with real ownership and visibility — partnering closely with leaders and employees across the organization to support the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be trusted to think critically, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and continuously look for ways to elevate our HR systems, documentation, compliance, and training efforts. And you’ll do it while creating a responsive, high-integrity HR experience that reflects who we are as a company.
