About The Position

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in our Pittsburgh, PA Corporate Office. As an HR Coordinator at TFC, you will provide front-line administrative and operational support to our Human Resources function. This role is responsible for assisting in recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, employee support, HRIS maintenance, and assisting with many HR-related processes under the supervision of the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator helps to ensure accurate documentation, responsive employee service, and compliance with established HR policies and procedures. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and, preferably, HCM tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information

  • Experience in a corporate or multi-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for non-leadership roles, including job postings, candidate review, and interview scheduling.
  • Administering offer letters, onboarding documents, and new hire paperwork in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a positive and compliant new hire experience.
  • Responding to routine employee questions and requests under the supervision of the HR Manager, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Conducting exit interviews for departing employees and document feedback.
  • Maintaining temporary employee hours and assignments within VMS.
  • Coordinating with payroll and HRIS functions by providing accurate data, documentation, and timely updates to support bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Participating in HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, and learning opportunities across TFC.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information and HR records.
  • Other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
