Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Analysis and reporting skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring companies are compliant with payroll, benefits and recordkeeping
- Maintaining employee/HR records, including new hire set up, I9 validation, all monthly payroll changes and ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation
- Creation, review and help in administration of performance management programs
- Assistance in coordination of benefits enrollments for companies
- Ability to participate in on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service
- Performs other related activities as assigned
