Overview of Position: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support on a day-to-day basis to the HR team, ensuring the overall success of the HR team and Windham Mountain Club team members. The HR Coordinator supports the Director of HR, Assistant HR Manager and Staff Housing Assistant in providing HR support to managers and staff within the organization. This position requires extreme confidentiality and professionalism. Start Date: Hiring Soon! This is a Full Time Year Round Position Benefit eligible the first of the month following 30 days of employment This position requires that you work all weekends and holidays during the season beginning Thanksgiving weekend and ending the final weekend in March hours fluctuate based on need.
