Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate smooth, welcoming onboarding and seamless offboarding processes.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Assist in administering employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leaves) and process payroll while swiftly resolving any related issues.
  • Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Training & Development: Organize and facilitate training initiatives to foster team growth.
  • Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align strictly with labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in managing performance review documentation and tracking.
  • Culture & Operations: Participate in exciting HR projects designed to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Generate, analyze, and maintain HR-related reports.
