We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team as we continue to grow the business. Human Resources Coordinator The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, including new employee orientation and onboarding, as well as ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of employee records. The HR Coordinator works closely with other departments to deliver customer-focused, effective HR services in support of the organization’s goals and objectives .

Requirements

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, documentation, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic HR inquiries and employee support.
  • Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and pre-employment screening processes.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and job descriptions.
  • Support HR compliance activities and audits as needed.
  • Coordinate training events and support HR projects and process improvements.
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
