About The Position

Human Resources Coordinator- Payroll support We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and help keep our teams organized and supported. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: On-site

Requirements

  • 1+ year HR experience or related education
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Team-oriented and professional
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll support
  • Prepare internal offer letters and employment verifications
  • Maintain employee files, badges, and phone lists
  • Support employee recognition and HR programs
  • Track required safety and compliance records
  • Handle confidential information
