About The Position

The Human Resources Support Coordinator is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Department through a broad spectrum of duties including benefits and COBRA administration, data entry, audits, onboarding, file maintenance and ad hoc projects as necessary. The HR Support Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. Must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. Your role will help ensure the HR department operates effectively to deliver maximum value to our Team Members and the company. All HR Team Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness and integrity while exercising strict confidentiality in all areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events.
  • Maintain and audit 1-9 documents to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team.
  • Work in close partnership with all HR Team Members and Leadership to be a credible resource for our applicants and Team Members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the Team Member experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner.
  • Support any other special projects as needed.
