Join our team and make a lasting impact. As a Human Resources Coordinator with New Story, you will support and facilitate human resources processes across all business locations. Partnering closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the full lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing support and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, with 3+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Nice To Haves

  • PHR certification or ability to obtain preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership to support and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational mission, vision, and goals
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and relationship-building efforts to attract, retain, and engage employees
  • Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, redirecting HR-related communications, and collaborating with departments such as payroll, benefits, operations, and safety
  • Maintain HR systems and resources, including HRIS data, employee records, policies, procedures, and the employee intranet
  • Assist with compliance audits, integration of acquired companies, ad-hoc HR projects, and provide administrative support including recordkeeping, data entry, and file maintenance
