About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with all human resources processes. Primary functions will be Onboarding, Recruiting tasks, HRIS support, Maryland gaming licensing process. Confidentiality , compliance, and a people-centric approach are key to the success in this role. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a human resources position
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of the role
  • Confidentiality, discretion, empathy, excellent communication are valued traits
  • Must be able to obtain and keep a  Gaming License issued by the Maryland Gaming Commission
  • HIgh diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Strong computer (MS office) or other HRIS systems is preferred
  • Experience with payroll or recruiting a plus
  • Some college or a degree a plus
