The role involves working on assignments that are semi-complex in nature, requiring judgment in resolving problems and making recommendations, and supporting the hiring management and staffing team(s). It may require additional guidance or recommendations for appropriate customer support within standard practices and protocol. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers in an effort to make a positive Human Resources experience in support of the Callaway Golf Employer of Choice Culture
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Help to maintain employee files
  • Generate/process forms
  • Provide information to employees on various matters
  • Prepare reports
  • Sort resumes
  • Complete reference checks on candidates
  • Process requisitions
  • Perform work in a professional manner
  • Work on assignments that are semi-complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations
  • Support the hiring management and staffing team(s)
  • Work with the HR Team and Managers, communicating with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Facilitate relocation process for new hires and internal transfers, as needed
  • Facilitate New Hire process, paperwork and answers candidate’s questions
  • Assist in knowledge and skills development of other administrative staff
  • Coordinate and assist with projects to completion
  • Execute assigned duties from larger project plan
  • Conduct new hire orientation and makes other presentations as needed
  • Complete master data change documentation
  • Assist with gathering information and reports
  • Answer routine questions related to HR policies and procedures
