Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Maintain employee records and support HR compliance
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, and initial candidate screenings
- Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs
- Help organize training and support employee development initiatives
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures
- Assist with performance review processes
