JOB SUMMARY Provides a welcoming environment for customers to the HR department – in person, on the phone and via e-mail; assist visitors and callers by providing info regarding HR services, maintains personnel files and front area for the HR department. Assignments are characterized by an emphasis upon the processing of information or execution of defined programs/actions. The incumbent will deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
