About The Position

Position Overview: Eaton B-Line is seeking a Human Resources Co‑op for participation in its Human Resources Development Program at the Reno site. This Co‑op role provides hands‑on experience supporting core HR functions within a manufacturing environment, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives. The Co‑op will assist with documenting HR processes and workflows, coordinating meetings with HR partners, people leaders, and support functions, and supporting site‑level HR projects and initiatives. This Co-op is anticipated to being in May 2026. The Co-op will gain experience in: Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation coordination, and employee documentation Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and follow‑up Help maintain HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Partner with HR team on engagement initiatives, communications, and site events Assist with recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination Support HR reporting, audits, and data entry as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited institution. Candidates who have already graduated will not be considered.
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (please don't round).
  • Must be entering Junior year or higher.

  • Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Reno, NV.
