At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.00 - $23.50 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location. The other components of Hormel Foods’ total compensation package include comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, discretionary annual increases, profit sharing, 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase plan, paid vacation, FREE two-year community/technical college tuition for children of employees, and more. Summary of Accountabilities: Front lobby coverage Assist employees with various questions they have Assist in maintaining records, TV postings and plant postings Assist in employee engagement events Track attendance records on a weekly basis Prepare a variety of documentations Help with the onboarding process, contact candidates and set up interviews Provides employee benefit information, policy and handbook guidance in the absence of HR management. Provides HR clerical activities including but not limited to: maintaining employee attendance records, personnel and term files, employee ID badges. Maintains strict confidentiality and complies with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements. Provides support to other office hourly staff, and other technical, administrative, or project work as assigned.
