About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic advice and guidance on talent matters to the senior leaders and management within the commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional Human Resources experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of employment-related federal and state regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR leadership and advice to managers and employees in areas such as recruiting, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Ability to flex between strategic and tactical
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams
  • Suggest HR strategies that align with business goals and support the team’s success
  • Help managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
  • Prepare and leverage human resources data to inform and influence process improvements and key decisions
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and execute ideas to enhance culture
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
  • Partner with HR colleagues on team-related projects and activities.
