This role is the designated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the retail population of the Central region. As part of the Retail HRBP team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing People & Culture related policies, programs, and practices that produce a high-performance culture and ensure the Company’s goals for the Retail Division are met. You will support talent development, mitigate employee relations issues, enhance employee experience and sup port recruitment as the point-of-contact for all HR matters in your region.
