About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner actively collaborates with all levels of management, functioning as a strategic HR Business Partner. This role is dedicated to providing consultative human resources support, ensuring seamless alignment of business objectives, work cultures, and human resources programs/policies. The overarching goal is to empower the company to achieve its business objectives effectively while mitigating potential risks. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner Manager, this position embodies the essence of a true HR business partner, fostering a holistic approach to organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or other related field or HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of broad HR experience, including talent and performance management.
  • Ability to make administrative decisions independently within policy and budget parameters.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, relevant policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide practical solutions.
  • Proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting documents, such as safety rules, governmental regulations, benefits plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Capable of composing moderately complex reports, memorandums, and correspondence.
  • Strong technical system skills, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, exhibits strong proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce or other human capital management (HCM) software.
