The Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic and hands-on People leader who supports business and operations leaders in King of Prussia and surrounding Pennsylvania operations. This role serves as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent matters. The HR Business Partner helps leaders make sound decisions, reduce risk, strengthen manager capability, and improve employee experience. This role works closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compliance, and business leadership to ensure consistent, practical, and legally sound HR support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of HR experience, including strong experience in employee relations.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced operations, field teams, healthcare, transportation, logistics , or multi-site environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational support, and employment law.
  • Experience conducting investigations, handling sensitive matters, and advising leaders on risk- based people’s decisions.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence leaders and explain HR guidance in plain language.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office preferred.

  • Experience supporting a multi-site Pennsylvania/NJ workforce.
  • Experience with change management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Experience using HR data and trends to make practical recommendations to business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned operational and business leaders in King of Prussia and related Pennsylvania locations.
  • Provide practical gu idance to leaders on employee relations, performance issues, corrective action, policy interpretation, attendance concerns, and workplace conduct.
  • Partners with leaders on workforce planning, team structure, talent ne ed s, succession planning, and organizational changes.
  • Lead thorough, objective, and timely investigations into employee complaints, concerns, and workplace issu es.
  • Help managers improve performance management practices, including coaching, feedback, documentation, and development planning.
  • Identify trends in employee issues, turnover, attendance, engagement, and manager capability, and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of employment law and day-to-day legal requirements related to managing employees, reducing risk, and supporting compliance.
  • Work closely with HR leadership on high-risk or complex employee matters.
  • Support change management efforts tied to business growth, operational shifts, restructures, and process improvements.
  • Help ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and company standards across assigned teams.
  • Report on relevant trends, employee issues, and people metrics to key stakeholders as needed.
  • Partner across the broader People team to improve service delivery, consistency, and responsiveness.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
